    Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
    Candidate must have good experience and exposure in: Managing SAP ERP Ariba IT Operations covering end to end Level 2 application Operations Remedy, SAP Ariba Modules, MS Office Tools SAP Ariba business Processes, SAP OSS process IT Processes and Procedures, ticket lifecycle process (Assigned, In-progress, Pending), change & problem ticket, understanding of Ticket SLA and KPIs, reporting, governance
    Must have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills since roll involves continuous reporting and communication with senior client management based out of UK, and other European local markets of Vodafone
    Must have technical / professional qualifications:


    • BE or BTech or equivalent qualification
    • Candidate must have a minimum of 6-10 years of Sap experience out of which minimum 5 years in Ariba module, understanding business requirements, architecture, support models, key roles etc.
