    Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Development Manager to lead our Database Cloud services Development team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Cloud services and familiarity with database technologies, coupled with strong leadership and team management skills. As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of innovative cloud-based database solutions. You will lead a talented team of engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

    Technical Leadership:

    • As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications.
    • Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.

    Team Management:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their professional growth.
    • Effectively manage resources, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
    • Promote a positive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and open communication.

    Project Delivery:

    • Collaborate with product management, architecture, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements and priorities.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, and drive resolution as needed.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as a liaison between the development team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address concerns or issues as they arise.
