Strong understanding of eLearning development processes andtechnologies. Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with MS Excel PowerPointProblemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously. Detailoriented with a focuson quality and client satisfaction.

Preferred:

Degree / certifications in projectmanagement instructional design business or a relatedfield. Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is a plus. Proficiency with MSProject Planner / Other project management tools andsoftware. Proficiency in eLearning authoringtools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Rise Adobe Captivate) and otherrelevant technologies used in corporatetraining. Experience with AR / VR /Interactive 3Dbased learning simulations /scenarios.
