    We are seeking a seasoned and experienced HR Recruiter with a proven track record in both IT and Non-IT recruitment to join our organization.

    • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to finalizing offers.
    • Sourcing & Screening: Leverage job boards, social media, and your professional network to source and attract qualified candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles.
    • Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear and detailed job descriptions.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
    • Client & Candidate Communication: Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
    • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to joining.
    • Maintain Database: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the recruitment management system.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles.
    • Recruitment Expertise: Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies and Non-IT industries, including roles like software developers, engineers, HR, sales, marketing, etc.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Interviewing: Ability to assess candidates effectively and conduct interviews across various skill sets and job levels.
    • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Technology Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with niche hiring for specialized IT roles (e.g., Data Scientists, Developers, Cybersecurity experts).
    • Exposure to various interview techniques like competency-based, technical, and behavioral interviews.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
