    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored training solutions to meet those needs. This role requires

    a strong combination of sales acumen, strategic thinking, client servicing and excellent communication skills.

    Experience: 3-4 Years

    Key Responsibilities:

    ➢ Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business leads.

    ➢ Develop and execute strategic plans to generate leads with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.

    ➢ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

    ➢ Understand clients' needs, pain points, and business goals to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.

    ➢ Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

    ➢ Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value propositions.

    ➢ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.

    ➢ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

    ➢ Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    ➢ Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    ➢ Bachelor's degree in: Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    ➢ Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in a Team Building and L&D industry.

    ➢ Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.

    ➢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at various levels.

    ➢ Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    ➢ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and formulate innovative approaches.

    ➢ Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

    ➢ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

    ➢ Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

    ➢ Willingness to travel as required.
