    Overview:

    The DigitalMarketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing implementingand managing marketing campaigns that promote the organization andits products or services. This role encompasses a wide range ofactivities including digital advertising social media marketingemail marketing and content development. The Digital MarketingManager is responsible for driving brand awareness leads andultimately sales through various digitalchannels.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achievebusiness objectives.
    • Manage and optimizevarious digital marketing channels such as SEO SEM social mediaemail and display advertisingcampaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze the performanceof digital marketing efforts using various tools and platforms andprovide insights and recommendations forimprovement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to create and optimize landing pages and user funnels formaximum conversion.
    • Create and manage thecontent calendar ensuring a constant supply of relevant contentacross all digital platforms.
    • Identify trendsand insights and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights.
    • Measure and report on the performanceof all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROIand KPIs).
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trendsand best practices in digital marketing andmeasurement.
    • Manage and mentor a team ofdigital marketing specialists.
    • Collaborate withagencies and other vendor partners whenrequired.
    • Plan and execute all web SEO/SEMmarketing database email social media and display advertisingcampaigns.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies through digital marketing.
    • Identifyand evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics toolsto measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaignsemail marketing social media and display and searchadvertising.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or relatedfield.
    • Proven working experience in digitalmarketing particularly in the areas of SEO SEM social media emailmarketing and content marketing.
    • Demonstrableexperience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database emailsocial media and/or display advertisingcampaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience inidentifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns thatengage inform and motivate.
    • Experience inoptimizing landing pages and userfunnels.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariateexperiments.
    • Solid knowledge of websiteanalytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight OmnitureWebTrends).
    • Experience in setting up andoptimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Stronganalytical skills and datadriventhinking.
    • Uptodate with the latest trends andbest practices in online marketing andmeasurement.
    • Advanced communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectivelymanage and lead a team.
    • Strong projectmanagement and organizationskills.
    • Certification in Digital Marketing is aplus.
