Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trainer at Mansa to join Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals preparing for the IELTS examination. This is a full-time position located in Mansa, Punjab, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience, preferably freshers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Excellent command over English language, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of the IELTS examination format and scoring criteria
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students from diverse backgrounds
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting IELTS training sessions and guiding students through the examination process
• Developing personalized study plans and monitoring individual progress
• Providing constructive feedback and strategies to improve students' language skills
• Preparing students for all sections of the IELTS examination, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking
• Organizing and conducting mock tests to assess students' readiness for the actual examination
• Addressing students' queries and concerns regarding the IELTS examination and study abroad process
• Maintaining accurate records of students' progress and counseling sessions

Salary: We offer an estimated annual salary of $25,000, depending on experience.
