- >3 Years of experience in building in AI/ML Technologies
- Experience with Voice AI - ASR / TTS Technologies
- Experience with optimising inference for ASR / TTS models
- Experience with Pytorch, Transformers and Huggingface ecosystem
- Contributions and Enthusiasm in working on open source systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer specialized in AI/ML. As a Founding Engineer, you will be responsible for mission-critical projects, including building and monitoring the Bolna platform, onboarding and supporting customers as well as leading 0-to-1 projects in extremely new-age tech (self-hosting and fine-tuning LLM / TTS, building speech-to-speech synthesis etc.)
Important Note : You will be the first Full Time Hire of Bolna, so that comes with tons of ownership, great ESOPs and insane bragging rights (of course, along with a lot of responsibilities)
