- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts determining size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts for marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, and print collateral
- Develop and maintain visual identity and branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, advertisements, and other media.
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Experience in Graphic Design/Art Direction, with a focus on visual communication.
- A strong understanding of Graphic Design within the field of fashion, an understanding of competitors and emerging trends in this field.
- Extreme attention to detail with a keen eye for innovative design.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
