- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures, and the ability to enforce them on-site
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Proficiency in using construction equipment and tools
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and other construction workers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review project plans and blueprints, and identify any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Monitor construction progress, and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may occur during the course of the project
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including any issues or concerns
