    What you'll be doing:
    Ensure high-quality data collection meeting client expectations and global standardsManage day-to-day data operations for operational excellence and identify business optimization opportunities through understanding data workflowsLead team development ensuring effective training, protocol adherence, and motivationManage vendor operations including training and performanceDrive data quality remediation initiatives through analysis and impact assessmentTroubleshoot escalated data quality incidents, collaborating with stakeholders and representing data to clientsAssist in communicating KPI reporting requirements to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCreate and implement data-driven innovation projects to maintain best-in-class dataset accuracy and completenessAdhere to and promote business definitions, documenting data transformationUnderstand the impact and relevance of data sources to improve core data offeringsProvide support to ensure timely delivery of publications and content and Identify areas of improvement for global data management organizationWhat you'll bring to us:


    Preferred qualifications include relevant experience in financial data services or alternative assets, leadership experience in people management, and prior knowledge or experience in the alternative assets industry, or expertise in data management within financial servicesleadership experience at a global level, ideally with at least two years of remote management experienceProven track record of operational management abilities within a respected data companyAbility to introduce and track Key Performance Indicators and other metricsStrong project management skills and workflow design experience preferredKnowledge of business intelligence systems such as QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI as a consumer is essential, with preferred technical knowledge in SQL and Python.

    Experience with various workflow tools such as Alteryx, Salesforce, Outreach, Jira, Office 365, etc.
    Qualifications are not as essential as experience.
