As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
    • Strong knowledge of operations, BPO, and call center processes
    • Experience in international operations and sales management
    • Proven track record in team management and client relations
    • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
    • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
