    Job Title: Senior Business Manager-Enterprise Accounts-New Business Development

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the hunter role within our enterprise accounts segment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition, while also managing and growing existing accounts. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, as well as building and nurturing relationships with your own set of key decision-makers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise accounts segment.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and prioritize target accounts.
    • Proactively prospect and cold call into target accounts to generate new leads and opportunities.
    • Conduct thorough Business discussions to uncover opportunities for our assessment platform and articulate the value proposition effectively through Elevator Pitch.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding activity and revenue targets.
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and talent acquisition professionals, to understand their business challenges and objectives.
    • Represent Company at high-profile events and exhibitions, showcasing our brand as the ultimate choice for corporate entertainment
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions that address the specific needs of enterprise clients.
    • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our assessment platform.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and post-sale account management.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and tactics.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the Talent Management technology or SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
    • Strong understanding of talent management processes, workforce analytics, and assessment methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
    • High level of initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
