    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for a driven Product Marketing Associate who will be responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning of our products.

    If you have a deep understanding of users psychology and enjoy solving complex problems, if you are passionate about carefully researching customer needs and developing great communication strategies to answer them, we have the perfect job for you

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate with the Product Marketing Manager to roll out the programs under GTM Strategy of product.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration with product management and brand marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.

    Market intelligencebe the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

    Understand the competitive landscapebe an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

    Understand and document our buyers process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

    Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

    Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.

    Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

    Develop pitch decks, one pagers and other marketing collaterals for CX, and Sales Team.

    Research competitor offerings.

    Requirements:

    1 yr in product marketing/marketing executive role with preferably worked in a Software or IT company.

    "Must be a Bachelors, MBA or Postgraduate, preferably in Marketing or commerce."

    Experience of digital marketing is an added advantage.

    Proficient in productivity applications/project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp.

    Good presentation, content and copywriting skills.

    Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.

    Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, marketo or Omniture

    Familiar with digital marketing tools Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEMrush etc.

    Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

    Must be a public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

    Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
