    At FYI Creative Marketing, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Visionary to spearhead our visual storytelling efforts.

    About the Role

    We are looking for a seasoned Art Director with a proven track record in developing and executing creative concepts from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing design development, partnering with writers to create design solutions that meet brand strategies, and leading brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and design solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive design plans that align with brand objectives
    • Collaborate with writers to create design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative creative concepts and design solutions
    • Create production-ready designs, layouts, and presentations that meet high-quality standards
    • Ensure all visual design adheres to established brand guidelines or develops new ones as needed
    • Oversee creative design development across various formats, including presentation decks, video formats, and communication collaterals
    • Supervise video and animation assignments and build relationships with clients and vendors

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Art and Design or related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in Art Direction and/or design in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies or departments
    • Experience with online content formats, such as websites, email, and banners
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality output
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides
    • Working knowledge of photography
    • Bonus skills in sketching and animation are appreciated
    • AEC industry experience is preferred
    • Ability to think creatively and produce original design content

    Compensation Package

    The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and market rates.
