    Job Description:

    For Junior Software Engineer (Node): Experience 3 to 5 Years (2 Openings)

    For Senior Software Engineer (Node): Experience 5 to 8 Years (2 Openings)

    We're seeking a motivated software engineer/developer to join our dynamic development team as it expands. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker familiar with Java-based applications/products and industry standards. They should excel in both analytical and technical aspects, capable of effectively conveying technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities:


    • Participate in all aspects of the SDLC (analysis, design, coding testing and implementation)


    • Follow and improve existing coding standards and best practices


    • Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them positively and swiftly


    • Sets an example for team members in the following manner: hard work, a focus on client delivery, preparedness, organization, a positive attitude and respect for others

    Primary Technical Skills / Must Have:


    • 3 years of experience building backend systems in a product-based company


    • Solid foundation in and experience building scalable APIs


    • Experience with microservices architecture and with both relational and NoSQL databases


    • Proficient in JavaScript, React


    • HTML5, CSS3, ECMAScript standards


    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field

    Behavioural Skills:


    • Meticulous attention to detail, delivering accurate results promptly


    • Proficiency in translating business requirements into actionable tasks


    • Strong time management skills, adept at prioritization and multitasking


    • Quick thinking, adept problem solver and highly organized individual

    Type of Role:

    1. Full Time with 6 months probationary period

    2. 5 Days a Week / Day Shifts Only

    3. Other Benefits - Medical Insurance / GPA / Self Help Policy / Communication reimbursements

    The interview process is as follows: after screening of profiles, the online interviews (on Teams) will be recorded for compliance and reference:


    • Screening Test - through online assessment tool (We will directly share the test link to shortlisted candidates based on their resumes)


    • Candidates who have passed the screen test will proceed to the next stage


    • Round 1: Technical - (Video - MS Teams call)


    • Round 2: Technical - (Video - MS Teams call)


    • Round 3: Technical Managerial Round - (Video - MS Teams call)


    • Round 4: HR round - In person

    Important Pointers:


    • This is a work from office environment in Bengaluru location


    • After candidates successfully pass the online test, we aim to complete all three technical rounds within a day or so

    Required Qualification:

    Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
