Description
Build the gold standard of management education for the AI first world
Digiaccel Learning is looking to expand its product team. This team works on building AI first products that sit at the heart of all of the programs and learner experiences at the company. There are three types of products that we are building – Proprietary Skill based LMS, Short form app and AI tutors. Each of them is at a different stage of maturity.
We are hiring two Product Managers – one of whom will work on the 0 to 1 product and the other to work on the established products that are being used by learners over the last 3 years. Both have a very exciting roadmap and charter.
The Product Managers will directly work with the Founder or the Product Lead (depending on the current experience) and will be responsible for a specific charter. The role will also have a set of Product Associates and Designers reporting in. The aim will be to ideate, design, ship and improve learning tools that lacs of users will use each year.
We have a fundamental belief that Product Managers need to have end to end ownership across product design, build and growth. So product managers own the usage metrics for which they work with the business teams. This ensures user empathy.

Responsibilities
• User research and insighting to identify unsolved problems and potential bar raisers on learner experience.
• Building and managing the product roadmap for each of the products
• Planning and running sprints with the engineering team to ensure high quality progress on the product roadmap
• Product analytics to understand user behaviour and actions. Translating insights into features.
• Program management by working with the business teams to ensure delivery of quality learning outcomes.
• Groom a team of product designers and analysts to scale in their careers
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• MBA or BTech with min 18 months of product management experience in a B2C product.
• Should have managed a team of at least 2 individuals. The seniority of the individuals does not matter.
• First principles problem solving is a must
• Passion for education is a plus
• Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
