    Social Media Creative Post Designer & Lead Generation Specialist


    Are you passionate about creating captivating social media content and driving lead generation through innovative strategies? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Social Media Creative Post Designer & Lead Generation Specialist at our SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab office.

    Role Overview:


    As a Social Media Creative Post Designer & Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content for our various social media platforms and implementing strategies to generate leads effectively.

    You will have the opportunity to showcase your creative skills while contributing to our company's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Design visually appealing and creative social media posts, graphics, and videos to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple social media channels to drive qualified leads.
    Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
    Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
    Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies for maximum impact.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in graphic design and content creation for social media platforms.
    Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.

    Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.
    Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

    Location:
    Phase 8B Industrial Area, SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab, India ( Local candidate preferred )

    Working Hours:
    Full-time, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday
