    The role is for supporting our North American BasedSales Team in their outreach to brands and agencies around reachingthe undervalued and underrepresented diverse nicheaudiences.

    Whatwill you do:

    Managingthe team of Ad Ops.
    Become aSubject Matter Expert of our Proprietary build Inhouse YieldOptimizer analytics dashboard and adformats.
    Managing the DemandStack of Direct Demand Google Ad Manager SSP/Exchange DSPs HeaderBidding and Individual tagbasedpartners.
    Perform qualityassurance of publisher ad stack.
    Work through a variety of AdOps issues as well as technical issueswith ad serving.
    ResolvingCustomer Queries ASAP with a pinch ofawesomeness.
    Coordinate withinternal teams (tech/product/sales etc.) to resolve theirissues.
    Helping Publishersunderstand the tool/productbetter.
    Ensuring Publishers areable to use IncrementX optimally and optimizing AdRevenue.
    Manage the publisheronboarding process across teams.
    Manage tickets and priorities.
    AdHoc reporting requests providing creative solutions to technicalquestions.
    Building a KB andCanned Responses for commonqueries.

    Requirements

    A clear understanding of analytics ad networks (AdSense AdX/GAM andDFP/DCM) and A/B testing;customer support.
    An understanding of the basicsof HTML JS and Ad Operations.
    Smartness and ability to get thingsdone.
    A consistently curious andinquisitive mind.
    Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    Datadriven mentality(Experiment and Optimize)
    Willingness to work as a team.
    Experience with the set up of direct campaigns programmatic PMPsand header bidding.
    Experiencewith troubleshooting HTML and JavaScript on web pages utilizingtools like inspect local overrides and Googleconsole.
    You have an advancedunderstanding of the programmatic advertisingworld.
    Nice to haves (some orall): CSS/HTML Javascript SQL

    TheIdeal candidate would be for this position would a person who hasworked in the monetization department for either a large digitalpublisher or an ad network/SSP/Ad Exchange/AdTech Company andexecuted various monetizationtechniques.
