    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our herbal and Ayush organization. As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for handling various commercial aspects, including purchase and sales, within our organization. Your expertise in the field, particularly in dealing with herbal extracts, will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Commercial Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial operations, including purchase and sales, within the herbal and Ayush organization. 2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of herbal extracts and related products. 3. Pricing Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and vendor pricing to make informed decisions and negotiate competitive pricing for herbal extracts. 4. Software System Management: Utilize and handle a software-generated system effectively to track and manage commercial transactions, inventory, and sales data. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to commercial operations, procurement, and sales. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline commercial processes and optimize efficiency. 7. Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Education: Minimum qualification of a Master's degree in Commerce or ICWAI from a reputed university. 2. Experience: Proven track record and extensive experience in handling commercial operations, specifically in the herbal and Ayush industry. 3. Procurement Expertise: Sound knowledge of procurement practices and vendor management, with a focus on herbal extracts. 4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in working with software-generated systems for inventory management and commercial operations. 5. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of herbal extract vendors, their pricing, and the market dynamics in the herbal and Ayush industry. 6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze pricing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 7. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
