Desired Profile & Role Description

This would be an excellent career movement for young Nursing professionals with hands on experience managing patients. This opportunity is work in an OPD based environment wherein, job shifts will always be Day Shifts.

Additional Detail - Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the patient profiling (Taking Vital parameters & patient history)
• Responsible for Taking ECG, Sampling, TMT, 2DECHO,
• Responsible for doing procedures.
• Responsible to assist Doctors/ consultants in routine patient consultations & any related procedure.
• Drawing blood sample to support phlebotomy procedure including support for home collections.
• Supporting end to end clinical operations like attending patients, preparation of MIS reports, handling telephone calls for patients & providing support to other staff members.
• Responsible to get adequate ongoing trainings for equipment handling / or as per business requirements.
• Responsible for promotions of company packages & conversion for the revenue growth of the organization.
• Supporting & working on end to end clinical operations as per business requirements.
• To provide support to clinical unit time to time basis as per company/ business requirements.

Desired Profile

• Experience in handling Diabetic Patients or Elementary Knowledge about Diabetes
• Qualification: ANM/GNM/BSC- Nursing with Valid Maharashtra state registration certificate
• Freshers can also apply (however, preference will be from 1- 5 years)
• Go Getter, Team Player & Learning Attitude.
