Job Title: Java Fullstack Engineer

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and architect scalable and secure banking applications.

1. Frontend Development:

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks Redux, React, or Hooks.
• Ensure a seamless user experience and implement user interface components based on design specifications.

1. Backend Development:

• Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Spring frameworks and Core Java.
• Implement robust and secure RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Integrate with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to manage and store financial data securely.

1. Security and Compliance:

• Implement and adhere to security best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive financial information.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to banking and financial services.

1. Testing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of the banking applications.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

1. Continuous Learning:

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking and fintech.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in frontend and backend development technologies.
• Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and data protection practices in the banking sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong Experience on Front end with React Js Or Redux on Web Application Development.
• Strong Experience on Java and Core Java with Hands on Coding and Development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in banking.
• Previous experience with Web app development is a plus.
