Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Associate located in Noida. As a Retention Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. This includes resolving customer inquiries, handling customer feedback, implementing retention strategies, and assisting with customer onboarding and training.
