    Job Description :

    We are expanding our teams in India entity Collance Technologies Pvt Ltd to support our growing US business and hiring React Lead to work from our Noida Sec 62 Office.

    Job requirements :

    • 7+ years of work experience as a Full Stack / MERN Stack Senior Developer or Lead
    • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
    • Experience in React, React Native, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3+ and Bootstrap material design
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and
    • Experience building web applications with React, Redux, and related libraries
    • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
    • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Babel, Webpack, or Parcel

    Responsibilities :

    • Develop new user-facing features using
    • Build reusable components and libraries for future use
    • Translate designs, wireframes, and mockups into high-quality code
    • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
    • Collaborate with the product team and back-end developers to deliver complete solutions
    • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
