- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
- Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and industry best practices.
