    Role Summary

    This role is a full time remote position. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support our MDM product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow into our mobility solutions, providing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to meet client needs.

    Role Responsibilities

    ServiceNow Solution Design:

    • Architect and design ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet customer and product requirements.
    • Design and implement complex workflows.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Utilize tools such as ServiceNow Visual Task Boards, Flow Designer, and Service Portal to enhance user experience.

    Development and Implementation:

    • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and applications using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and our internal and external components.
    • Ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of ServiceNow applications.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams using collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.
    • Provide technical expertise and support to other team members through communication channels like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and address technical queries.

    Documentation and Training:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow solutions using tools like ServiceNow Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
    • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer.
    • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
    • Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and industry best practices.
