    Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid working)

    We are looking for a full-time U.S. Tax Senior Associate to join our Hyderabad practice.

    Qualification and expectations:

    1. Extensive U.S. international corporate tax experience (specifically: Forms 5471, 5472, 8865 and 8858, 1120F), with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
    2. Bachelor's / Master's degree in commerce, business administration or equivalent.
    3. EA certification or willingness to obtain EA or CPA certification.
    4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
    5. Fluency in English. Knowledge of German and/or another European language is an added advantage.
    6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients simultaneously.
    7. Willingness to support the teams working in different time zones.
    8. Knowledge of working in CCH tax software.
    9. Awareness of corporate data protection.
    10. Willingness to travel.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Preparation of tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, 962 elections, etc.).
    2. Coordinating work with the individual tax return preparers (FTC, federal elections, etc.).
    3. Analysis of filing requirement for new and existing clients.
    4. Communication with clients and client relationship development.
    5. Reporting to the senior management and supporting the administrative team.
    6. Working with the team in Europe and the U.S. to meet the client's and IRS' deadlines.
