Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning

Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy in alignment with company goals and sales targets.

Position the brand as a market leader through impactful storytelling and innovative campaigns.

Create brand communication guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.

Conduct periodic market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis.
Project Launch & Campaign Execution

Drive marketing strategy for new project launches from conceptualization to execution.

Oversee all aspects of 360 campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, OOH, print, radio, events, PR, etc.).

Collaborate with sales, CRM, and design teams to ensure seamless coordination for lead generation and conversion.

Plan and execute marketing events, press meets, and customer engagement activities.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and project teams for accurate representation in marketing materials.
Digital Marketing & Performance Management

Lead the digital marketing roadmap including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, remarketing, and influencer marketing.

Analyze and monitor campaign performance, web traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

Ensure all online assets website, microsites, landing pages are updated, optimized, and aligned with brand objectives.

Collaborate with digital agencies for creative, media planning, and performance optimization.
Budgeting, Vendor & Agency Management

Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Evaluate, select, and manage creative, digital, media, and event agencies.

Negotiate costs, timelines, and deliverables to ensure maximum ROI.

Track campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Work closely with the senior management, sales, and project teams to align business objectives with marketing outcomes.

Present marketing insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Develop and maintain strong media and PR relationships.

Draft press releases, corporate communication material, and brand announcements.

Manage brand reputation, media visibility, and crisis communication.
