    HR Generalist | 8 to 10 YOE | Mfg Org


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, HRMS Automation and customization, Payroll, Database management, Employee engagement, and offboarding.

    • Lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to address employee relations issues and ensure alignment between HR and business objectives.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, promoting a culture of equality and belonging.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and inform decisionmaking.
    • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

    The Successful Applicant:

    • Masters in Business Administration, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
    • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing DEI initiatives in the workplace.
    • Handson approach to HR management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
