Job Title: Sales and Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Leader to drive sales growth, develop and execute marketing programs, and lead a team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize commercial acumen and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver and implement exceptional customer experiences through effective training and coaching of the sales team.
• Lead the execution of key components of marketing programs, including new project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop sales strategies, provide market intelligence, and demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, maintaining high-quality standards across all reports.
• Promote employee retention, employee productivity, and achievement of sales and collection targets, including agreed Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation in Science or Engineering, complemented by an MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales of Consumer-Driven products in the optical, electronic, or related industry.
• Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
