    • IndustryEngagement: Identify and target potential clients withinthe FMCG Companies Parma Companies Export Houses OEMs LiquorIndustries Corrugated Box Manufacturers and other similarindustries. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with keydecisionmakers through networking presentations and regularcommunication.

    • ConsultativeSelling: Engage in consultative conversations withclients to understand their specific requirements challenges andgoals. Provide tailored recommendations that align with clientrequirements while showcasing the advantages of ourproducts.
    • Technical Presentations: Create anddeliver compelling presentations that highlight how our EcoFriendly& Sustainable Packaging Solutions enhance their goal towardssustainability.
    • Proposal Development:Prepare accurate and detailed project proposals considering factorssuch as product quantity application requirements and pricing.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet clientspecifications.
    • Negotiation andClosing: Address client concerns and objectionsdemonstrating indepth knowledge of our products and the alignmentwith their required goals. Negotiate terms contracts and pricing tosecure successful sales closures.
    • SalesReporting: Maintain meticulous records of clientinteractions sales activities and progress using CRM software.Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights tomanagement.

    Qualificationsand Skills:

    • Bachelorsdegree in business administration marketing or a related field.Masters degree preferred.
    • Proven experiencein sales management preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of packaging markets traderegulations
    • Excellent negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CRMsystems and Microsoft Office Suite.
