    Key Responsibilities

    1. Form and maintain strong business-to-business relationships with clients to facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
    2. Provide strategic insights to drive product growth and development.
    3. Ensure clear communication between Nuclei and bank stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project management.
    4. Own and increase the monthly recurring revenue growth from your assigned client accounts.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • As a Client Success Manager, you will be the voice of the banks within the company.
    • You will own the client relationship end-to-end to ensure their success and achieve revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals with clients and collaborate with internal teams to achieve these objectives.
    • Work with clients to plan strategic initiatives to achieve targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute planned initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed solutions for new client requirements.
    • Advocate for bank priorities in the product roadmap.
