Job Overview

We are hiring a Stewardess or Server to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Stewardess or Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Brahmapur, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of F&B service etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with coffee or cafe service is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables in a timely manner
• Check on customers regularly and ensure their needs are met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Assist with food preparation when needed
• Provide recommendations on our menu items
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Process customer payments accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
