    Role: Operations Associate

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. This role is responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks related to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time with highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the planning and scheduling of day-to-day operations and production activities.
    • Monitor progress and identify and resolve any issues.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all the activities.
    • Create reports and presentations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, operations, or supply chain management.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a production or operations role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A passion for the aerospace industry is a plus.
