    We are having Openings Lead DCR Application Developer for one of our MNC Manufacturing company in Bangalore location.

    Payroll : Quess.

    Position : C2H ( Contract to hire ).

    Experience : 7 to 9 Years.

    Relevant Exp : Minimum should be 5 Years.

    Skills : React JS / Svelte JS, Rest API, FED (JQ, JS, Angular), BED (Rest API, , PHP), Digital Marketing Domain.

    Location : Bangalore.

    Work Mode : Hybrid ( 3 days WFO , 2 days WFH ).

    Interview Mode : Virtual.

    Job Description :

    We are looking for a skilled Lead Application Developer with extensive experience in frontend and backend technologies, particularly in the realm of digital marketing.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong command of React JS or Svelte JS for frontend development, Rest API for building scalable backend services, and proficiency in frontend technologies like FED (jQuery, JavaScript, Angular) and backend technologies like BED (Rest API, , PHP).

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development of web applications in the digital marketing domain, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and marketers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Architect and design frontend and backend systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability principles.
    • Develop and maintain Rest APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend and backend development, particularly in the digital marketing domain.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive the successful delivery of projects.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 7-9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in React JS or Svelte JS for frontend development.
    • Strong understanding of Rest API design principles and experience in building Restful services.
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as jQuery, JavaScript, and Angular.
    • Knowledge of backend technologies including and PHP.
    • Experience in the digital marketing domain is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
