- Graduate/Post graduate
- Under graduate can also applicable (Minimum 12th passout with result)
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
- Generate leads and follow up with potential candidates through tele sales
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and sales
- Update and maintain a database of potential candidates
