    Position Overview:

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Draft and publish technical job descriptions.
    • Identify potential candidates across various platforms.
    • Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate applicants' skills.
    • Interview candidates using diverse methods, including structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral inquiries.
    • Collaborate with IT team leaders to anticipate departmental objectives and recruitment needs.
    • Create and distribute tailored recruiting emails featuring current job openings to passive candidates.
    • Prepare and send job offer letters.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Conduct job and task analyses to outline job responsibilities and requirements.
    • Stay informed about emerging technological trends and products.
    • Ensure compliance with legal standards in human resource management.
    • Exhibit leadership skills in team management and cultivate strong partnerships with colleagues.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter.
    • Practical knowledge of various interview formats (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
    • Technical proficiency with the ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT positions.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
    • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Organizational and coordination skills.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Applicants with an MBA in Human Resources are preferred.
