    Application Support Lead (Guidewire, SQL .NET, Sage)

    • Shift timing coverage for 12x5 support U.S. EST (8 am to 8 pm EST)
    • 5+ year Experience in supporting production operation.
    • Certification in Guidewire V8.0 (claims/ UM)
    • 3 plus years of experience in Guidewire implementation
    • Experience with Guidewire on-premises to cloud migrations
    • Proficiency in Guidewire Rating Engine, Activity Assignment, Rules Framework, Workflow
    • Good to have 3+ years of experience supporting SQL Server Database and DOT Net related applications.
    • Good to have Experience in programming (.NET) with a specific focus on supporting Data & Analytics Applications.
    • Experience operating in an ITIL based organization.
    • Experience leading small teams and developing people's technical and personal skills
    • Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • A passion for the business which we operate in and a dedication and drive towards continuous improvement.
    • ITIL Certification and relevant experience
    • Experience tracking projects and issues.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.

    • Display patience in difficult situations and drive customer delight in every action.
    • Manage Application Support team members who are directly reporting and manage the relationship with all internal and third-party service suppliers.

    • Recognize and develop the technical nontechnical skills and abilities of team members.
    • The ability to work with existing regional teams managing and mentoring.
    • Willing to go the extra miles to provide excellent service.
    • Reliable, able to work independently and inspire/motivate staff.
