    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide efficient and effective on call support for various IT-related tasks, including but not limited to password management, user account management, software installations, and mailbox management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service orientation.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Password Management:


    • Handle password resets, self-service password registration (SSPR), and address account lockouts promptly and accurately.

    2. User Account Management:


    • Create new user accounts as per company protocols.


    • Execute user account changes, focusing on role modifications.

    3. Software Installations:


    • Facilitate the installation of IQ software for users as required.

    4. Mailbox Management:


    • Create new client shared mailboxes according to established procedures.


    • Administer access and implement changes to shared mailboxes as needed.

    5. Okta Registration and Support:


    • Guide users through Okta registration processes.


    • Assist with Okta password resets and provide necessary support.


    • Serve as a point of contact for Navan-related queries.

    6. Out of Office Messages:


    • Process requests for setting up out-of-office messages in email accounts.

    7. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Support:


    • Provide assistance with MFA setup, including changing mobile numbers associated with MFA.

    8. Ticket Resolution:


    • Prioritize and address lower hanging fruit and quick resolution tickets and requests effectively.

    9. Office 365 Management:


    • Manage user accounts and permissions within the Office 365 environment.


    • Troubleshoot Office 365-related issues as they arise.

    10. Active Directory Management:


    • Perform administrative tasks within the Active Directory environment, including user provisioning, group management, and permissions adjustments.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    · Proven 2-5 years' experience in IT support roles.

    · Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    · Strong understanding of password management, user account administration, and software installations.

    · Familiarity with Okta, Office 365, and Active Directory.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

    · A proactive approach to identifying and addressing user needs.

    · Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is a plus.
