- Counsel Individuals & Provide guidance regarding Student Visa Products.
- Counsel students regarding Educational issues such as course selection, class scheduling & career planning.
- During Meeting with any client Hospitality has to be maintained at its Best within 5 minutes.
- Provide students with information on such topics as Institution programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities (Scholarships).
- Cross check the Documents & eligibility of the Student before Enrolling the Applicants.
- Mandatory to provide Checklists at the time of enrolment (Admissions & Filing).
- Prepared For Monthly Sales Targets & achieve it with the Assistance of Regional Sales Head/Branch Head.
- Learn Direct Institutions of Specific Country, Take Training Time to Time & Enroll 80% Students in Direct Institutions.
- Ensure that the Application fees are received in our Organization account
- Maintain accurate and complete record of Enrolled Students in BOX File, Pipeline Sheets & CRM.
- Calling on Fresh Leads Assigned by Different Sources & Convince Clients For Registrations.
- Daily use of CRM is Mandatory & Complete the Follow-ups before 1.00Pm.
- Update yourself with the new updates in Institutions from time to time to guide Students in a Better way.
- Sell institutions as per their Intake Availability.
- Follow up with an in-house Team for Processing of the Applications on Time.
- Revert on emails within 10 minutes, Follow ups and Reminders (E.g. Offer Letter Follow up, Tuition Fees Follow ups, GIC follow up, Refunds Follow-ups) in a timely manner.
- Convince the Registered Students to Transfer their Tuition & GIC fees and Book Air Tickets through WOSA Forex Deptt.
- Submit Daily Task report (1st Half till 2 .00 PM & 2ND till 6.00 PM).
- In case of conflicts, immediately report to your reporting manager.
- Be Ready to Participate in Online & Offline Educational Fairs as per the Requirement. (There may be Night Stays as well during Seminars in outside cities (Accommodations, Food & Travelling etc expenses will be borne by Organization).
- After Visa Approvals it is the Duty of Counselor to take new references from his/her client.
- Take Testimonials, Google reviews, Facebook Reviews etc coordinate with the Media Team to update further on our Social Media Platforms.
- Ensuring that the Organizations resources are not being used for personal purposes and Submission of Personal cell phones has to be done by you.
