    The Deputy General Manager - Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner will play a key role in leading talent acquisition efforts and providing strategic HR support as a business partner.

    This position requires a blend of talent acquisition expertise, HR business partnering skills, and leadership capabilities to drive recruitment initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across various functions and levels.
    • Lead endtoend recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing techniques, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding.

    HR Business Partnering:

    • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and department heads, providing HR support and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
    • Proactively identify HR needs and opportunities for improvement within assigned business units and develop tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management support.
    • Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and fair manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

    Talent Development and Succession Planning:

    • Identify key talent within the organization and develop strategies for talent development, career progression, and succession planning.
    • Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and performance.
    • Support leadership development programs and mentorship opportunities
