    Description
    We are seeking a skilled AEM Java Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

    As an AEM Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions to meet our clients' needs.

    This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Java programming.


    Key Responsibilities :

    AEM Development :

    • Design, develop, and implement AEMbased solutions, including templates, components, workflows, and services.
    • Customize and extend AEM functionality using Java, JSP, and other technologies as needed.

    System Integration :

    • Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality across platforms.

    Content Management :

    • Implement content management solutions using AEM authoring tools and workflows.
    • Configure and customize AEM authoring environments to meet content management requirements.

    Performance Optimization :

    • Optimize AEM performance by identifying bottlenecks, finetuning configurations, and implementing caching strategies.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the reliability of AEM solutions.

    Documentation and Reporting :

    • Create technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and release notes.
    • Provide regular progress updates and status reports to project stakeholders.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development.
    • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies.
    • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and other Javarelated technologies.
    • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
    • Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in Adobe Experience Manager.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or
