    We are in search of a dynamic Business Development Executive skilled at engaging with warm leads over the phone, qualifying them, and establishing rapport in preparation for a sales call with our team.

    Your role will involve not just reaching out, but truly connecting with potential clients to set the stage for successful sales conversations.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Inbound Lead Response:


    Promptly respond to inbound leads, initiating phone contact to quickly engage and understand their needs, ensuring a personalized and professional first impression.


    Appointment Coordination:


    Efficiently schedule consultations or meetings between interested leads and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition that respects both the leads' and sales team's time.


    Lead Qualification:


    Assess and score inbound prospects based on predefined criteria to determine their readiness for sales engagement, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.


    Reporting and Insights:


    Maintain accurate daily records of lead interactions, appointment details, and qualification notes to provide actionable insights and improve inbound outreach strategies.


    Show-Up Rate Management:


    Employ effective follow-up and confirmation tactics to ensure a high attendance rate for scheduled appointments, minimizing no-shows and optimizing sales opportunities.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    -3 years of experience as an business development associate, sales representative, or in a similar role.
    • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment setting targets.
    • Track and report key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
