    Mandatory Skills:

    • Go Lang

    Database Expertise:

    • SQL vs No SQL
    • ACID properties

    Distributed Systems Knowledge:

    • The CAP Theorem
    • Familiar with trade-offs in distributed system design—understanding issues like consistency, availability, and partition tolerance

    Experience with Caching & Asynchronous Processing:

    • Caching with Redis
    • Using message queues like Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or Amazon SQS

    Software Design Principles:

    • SOLID

    We are looking for a senior-level backend developer or software engineer with:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable systems in an enterprise or technology-focused environment
    • Working on category-creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in the early stages
    • Directly working with the CTO and Founders, and being a part of product strategy

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable products
    • Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
    • Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies
    • Familiarity in working with Rest APIs
    • Ability to think out-of-the-box while solving problems considering the scale and changing environment variables
    • Quickly learning and contributing to changing technical stack

    Bonus Points:

    • Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS
    • Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space
