Junior Marketo Consultant (2-4 years exp)

Job Brief:

We're on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Consultant (MAC) with 2-4 years of experience to join our Marketo team. Based in our Noida office, you'll report to the Manager of Marketing Automation and play a key role in managing our marketing automation platform while optimizing its functionalities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email marketing programs, focusing on segmentation, testing, and deployment for continuous improvement.

- Analyze campaign metrics and provide performance insights to the marketing team.

- Code emails and landing pages for optimal performance.

- Collaborate with management to establish KPIs, generate reports, and evaluate campaign performance.

- Drive ongoing enhancements to campaigns based on insights and recommendations.

- Lead marketing automation efforts, staying updated with industry best practices and proactively implementing them.

- Plan and conduct A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and program ROI.

- Implement automations for marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

- Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation systems and best practices.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing Marketing Automation programs.

- Extensive expertise in Marketo.

- Proficiency in email marketing best practices, campaign structuring, and management.

- Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.

- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong independent project management abilities.

- Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.

- Critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency; able to work autonomously.

- Marketo Certification is beneficial.

- Willingness to work in rotational 24*5 shifts.
