    Our Technology Stack

    We use a range of tools and technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Web Services, MongoDB, Angular, Ionic, Linux, Ansible, Maven, Gitlab, Bamboo, Scrum, and more. Our stack is designed to support agile development, continuous integration, and seamless collaboration.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a MongoDB DBA or similar role (4+ years recommended)
    • Strong understanding of MongoDB architecture, including sharding, replication, and indexing
    • Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas and/or self-managed MongoDB clusters
    • Proficiency with Linux systems and shell scripting
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques
    • Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience with Mongo Atlas
    • Certifications with MongoDB are highly appreciated
    • Experience with Mongo replica sets, sharding clusters, and backup strategies
    • Experience with disaster recovery plans is a plus
    • Skilled in using Git, SVN, Maven, and Ansible
    • Proven experience working with cloud platforms, VM management in the cloud (preferable AWS)
    • Understanding of CI/CD and knowledge of Gitlab & Bamboo tools
    • Hands-on experience in use and administration of Linux OS
    • A proactive person with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English language
