    Description

    In Bancassurance Channel Department, you will be meeting our channel partner's customers and customer acquisition objectives. You are required to come up with effective marketing strategies that can help us achieve our annual sales and financial targets to sell a maximum Insurance policy to them.

    Job Roles and Duties of Banca Channel:

    • Handling existing and new bank customers of our banking partners
    • Generate a Lead of prospective customers from employees of the bank
    • Build a relationship with managers and officer of our channel partners
    • Provide pre and post sales support to customers and employees of partners
    • Help your team to close the leads into sales
    • Identify the customers financial requirements and suggest a suitable insurance policy
    • Secure business of life insurance through assigned banking/broking partners

    Who Can Eligible to apply for Banca Channel Requirements:

    • Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream
    • Proven 3 years of working experience of Sales in the Banking/Insurance Industry
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
    • Quick decision-making abilities
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to develop systematic sales strategies
    • Ability to position products/services against competitors
