    Remote Monitoring and Management Specialist

    At innovation-technology-by-design, we are seeking a skilled RMM Engineer with hands-on experience in Automate / Datto RMM / Kaseya tools to support remote monitoring, management, and automation of IT environments.

    • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RMM troubleshooting and automation, as well as good scripting skills (PowerShell, Batch, or similar).

    Must-Have Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience with Automate / Datto RMM / Kaseya platforms.
