    About the Role

    Acumen is supporting a leading partner in the healthcare and life sciences sector in their search for Consulting Partners to drive project execution and operational excellence.

    This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination, particularly within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting industries.

    The Consulting Partner will play a key role in leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless delivery while aligning with client expectations and business goals.

    The position requires a dynamic individual with leadership acumen, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
    • Develop project plans, manage logistics, allocate resources, and assess risks.
    • Oversee and coordinate field specialists and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
    • Track project progress, provide regular updates, and proactively address any challenges.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with global teams, integrating best practices and optimizing workflows.
    • Utilize project management tools and reporting frameworks for data-driven decision-making.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Life Sciences with an MBA or Master's degree (MSc) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
    • Locations: Delhi Mumbai
    • Experience: Proven track record in project management, coordination, or operations, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.
    • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and team coordination.

    Skills

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Cross-functional collaboration experience, working with global teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
    • Fluency in English is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with Indian regulatory requirements and the healthcare ecosystem.
    • Established networks within hospitals, clinical laboratories, and distributors.
    • Prior experience in healthcare consulting, clinical research, or life sciences.
    • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and operational strategies.
