    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    We work on three types of content creation - Business, Experience, and Branding.

    The main responsibility of the candidate would be related to business content shoot and editing.

    1. Videography :

    • Plan and execute video shoots to capture compelling footage of Decathlon products, sports events, and other relevant content to social media as well.
    • Operate video equipment including cameras, audio recorders, and lighting setups to ensure high-quality footage.
    • Direct talent and subjects during filming to achieve desired shots and storylines.
    • Travel to different locations as needed for on-location shoots.
    • 2. Video Editing :
    • Edit raw or existing footage into polished videos that align with Decathlon's brand identity and marketing goals.
    • Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) to assemble footage, add effects, and create smooth transitions.
    • Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
    • 3. Post Production :
    • Ensure that final image/video products meet Decathlon's standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
    • Manage file organization and backup procedures to maintain an efficient workflow.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve video production processes and techniques.
    • 4. Collaboration
    • Collaborate with agencies and sports teams to complete catalog shoots.
    • Work closely with other members of the marketing team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and social media managers, to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
    • Solicit feedback from colleagues and incorporate revisions as necessary to refine the finished videos.

    MINDSET:-

    You have a strong taste for image, photography, video, and graphic design. You (even partially) master the case - video editing skills are a plus

    • You are creative and curious, you do not hesitate to innovate in terms of communication, and do not hesitate to ask for help when needed.
    • You are present on social networks and comfortable with the creation of associated content.
    • You have a great sense of organization and strong interpersonal skills. You like working in a team.
    • Responsible and autonomous, you know how to decide and you have a sense of results (Data-driven).
    • You like to take up challenges and you know how to adapt to changes. You are mobile (regular trips).
    • You have a successful professional experience in the field of content marketing.
    • You are organized, with communicative skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve any failures or difficulties that may arise. You see in each difficulty an opportunity and a challenge to improve. You are comfortable with teamwork and networking.
    • You are passionate about communication, with experience in creating content for your entity, and you have a fondness for new Media and digital trends.
