    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
    • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and email marketing.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire new customers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers at corporate MNCs.
    • Close deals and negotiate contracts.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the training industry
    • Strong understanding of the corporate MNC market
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
